Air and Water Circulation

Core aeration is critical to the health and well-being of your lawn. Over time, compaction, excess thatch, and natural thinning of the lawn will occur.  Core aeration addresses each one of these issues.  By pulling plugs out of the lawn, you allow air and water to penetrate into the root zone of the soil.

Thatch Control

If aeration is NOT done on a somewhat regular basis, thatch builds up to unacceptable levels, and severe problems can occur.

Seeding

When cores are pulled, soil is exposed.  Exposed soil is a perfect seeding opportunity.  Are there thin areas in your lawn?  A good core aeration will give us the opportunity to expose the soil further and get seed where it needs to be.
